Hello all of my lovely readers! i have another smoothie recipe i feel bad bc i havent posted any in a while. i've been stuck on the skywalker smoothie i love it! i made this one this morning its so thick and creamy who needs to go to a smoothie shop and buy a sugar loaded smoothie that has lots of caloires in it!
- 1 whole banana
- 1 cup frozen fruit (organic)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup strawberry yogurt (I recommend greek yogurt now)
- 2-3 tablespoons of orange juice if needed (if shake is too thick)
First, place half of the banana into the blender
Next, pour in the 1/4 cup of milk
Finally, add your berries and yogurt. easy as that and for less money!
