nom nom nom sriracha again! i love using it in anything! i haven't had ground turkey for some time i could not find it at Dillon's. it was driving me nuts and today i finally found some yay! these weren't to spicy but i can handle some pretty spicy stuff. you can cut down on the sriracha if you like. i paired it with angel hair pasta and a simple marinara.
Makes about 20 meatballs
1 pound ground turkey
1 egg beaten
1/3 cup dry plain bread crumbs
1/2 yellow onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons sriracha
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well to combine. Roll into 20 meatballs.
transfer to baking dish or sheet. (I'm still to freaked out to use my baking dish when i use high heat)
bake for 15 mins.

ReplyDeleteJust asked my husband if he wanted spaghetti, my homemade spaghetti sauce, and meatballs when he comes home from the field. He was iffy until I mentioned they are sriracha meatballs. Super excited to try this recipe!
